We partnered with a leading global energy corporation to use Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations in qualifying and validating optimised job design parameters for the HydraHemera™ system.
The project combined scientific precision with field expertise to define a generic, high-performance job design for 9-5/8” casing across a range of well configurations. Through a structured three-part approach, including sensitivity analysis, job design validation, and comparison against existing designs, the team identified a robust, cost-effective solution that performs consistently under challenging conditions.
The study solidified our CFD methodology as a trusted, data-driven approach to understanding downhole fluid behaviour, delivering reliability and assurance in PWC® operations.
