COVID-19: A Business Continuity Statement from our CEO, Mark Sørheim

By Mark Sørheim - March 31, 2020

We recognise that this is a difficult time not only for business but also for families and loved ones.

During these uncertain times, we want to keep you informed on the proactive steps the HydraWell team has taken to ensure that we continue to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers.  We are adhering to government guidance and have initiated working from home, regular business continuity reviews, awareness and communication activities.

Despite significant restrictions and challenges faced by many businesses, we are currently continuing to deliver our service and support well operations for all our active clients in several countries.   We recognise there  could be some disruptions that may occur as a consequence of some of these measures, for example, increased logistics and mobile workforce challenges.   However, we are regularly updated on these areas.  Although the majority of our staff are presently working from home (and a core team out of workshop facilities) , we are working extremely closely with our teams and your teams using remote conferencing facilities to ensure regular, open communication so we can discuss any concerns as quickly as possible.

We are preparing as per our scheduled clients plans to support new projects kicking off soon in several existing and new geographies.   We understand that these are uncertain times and circumstances are changing rapidly, and as such we will continue to maintain regular dialogue and keep you updated as required.

As the situation develops, we will be ready to take the next steps and will continue to follow advice from the government.  If you need any support or advice meantime, don’t hesitate to get in touch.   It’s important for all of us to support each other to navigate this challenging time.

Thank you for your continued support.  Take care and stay safe.
