Under the terms of the agreement, Titan acknowledges that the intellectual property rights related to PWC® are owned by Hydra Well. The agreement confirms Titan’s license to operate under Hydra Well’s robust patents, supporting the broader adoption of Hydra Well’s technology while maintaining the integrity and leadership of Hydra Well’s solutions in the market. The agreement reflects the parties’ shared intention to contribute to the safe and efficient execution of P&A operations. It also reinforces Hydra Well’s long-standing position as technology leaders in this space, with a recognised foundation of IP, operational experience and market presence. The agreement applies globally (excluding Norway, where specific collaborative activities may be carried out in accordance with the agreement) and includes Titan’s ongoing activities with its technology partner, Baker Hughes. This ensures that customers worldwide continue to benefit from Hydra Well’s leading expertise and equipment for annular remediation activities.
